Reach for the Moon

Happy Thursday! Today, I share with you a sweet 5x7 card I've created using patterns by Little Scraps of Heaven Designs.

This pattern set has so many cute elements and I've used a few to go along with this card.

The stamped sentiment is by Stampabilities. I've also used Bo Bunny paper, Doodlebug twine, Paper Studio embossing folders and bling.

Thanks for stopping by!

Little League

Spring is just around the corner and so is baseball and softball season. This cute file from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs was perfect for these two borders I've created.

Blessings

The Irish Girl pattern from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs is just so sweet, I knew I had to create another project using this pattern. For this project, I created a page border with her.

The Luck of the Irish

With St. Patrick's Day just around the corner, I've created this 5x7 card. The little girl was created using a pattern from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs. Of the many pieces I've created, this Irish Girl may just be my favorite. I loved the design and color of her hair and her sweet dress design.

Hope you're having a great day! Finally, seeing some sunshine in my part of the country today and it's a nice change from all of the snow. I'm ready for Spring!

I'm still in the first week as the newest member at Little Scraps of Heaven Designs and I couldn't be happier. So many wonderful patterns to get the creative juices flowing.

Today, I worked on this card using a bear from the new Oh So Cute pattern. I love his tattered look with the patches. I added some Prima flowers and the stamped sentiment by Stampabilities. Enjoy!

I've got Spring on my mind lately, and all of it's bright colors. On my first day as a design team member at Little Scraps of Heaven Designs, I've created a couple of brightly colored projects. The first is a single page layout and the other a card. I love how sweet the little girls turned out on each!

Sunny Days Gang

I spent many hours detailing these characters and I love how they turned out. Pattern by Little Scraps of Heaven Designs.

Valentine's Day Card

I love to look through magazines for some crafty inspiration. I had found a template for this card in the Winter issue of CardMaker Magazine. The sweet bear is created using patterns from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs, paper by K& Company, and Prima flowers. The sentiment was perfect for this bear.

Pop-up Box Card

I have been seeing many posts on the internet, of a card style called  a pop-up box. It's the neatest design and what I really love about it, it actually folds flat, so it fits inside of an envelope for mailing. So, needless to say, I couldn't wait to create one and it was so easy and fun!

Here is the link I used to create the base of the card:

Click here Youtube, to view my video tutorial on on fleece tear bears, which will give you the basic concept on how to create the furry chick.

I've created mine using patterns from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs and I went with an Easter theme. The chick is created using yellow fleece and I love the fuzzy look it gives. I've added some embossing on the eggs using embossing folders by The Paper Studio and Cuttlebug. The sentiment was created with a stamp by Hampton Art and colored with Copics. Paper by Doodlebug Design and We R Memory Keepers. Finally, I added some Prima flowers, ribbon, and Doodlebug Twine.

I love how  it turned out!

Paper Piecing

I was looking through my Pinterest board, and I was amazed at the amount of paper piecings I've completed over the years. The number is in the hundreds. It's a hobby I enjoy so much and I'm always looking to improve my techniques. I paper piece every single day, because I do enjoy it so much. Whether it's late at night or early in the morning, I make it a point to accomplish something each day.

Here are my most recent ones:
